These classes are purely here to enhance your overall well being and health, as well as, improve your overall strength and technique with certain lifts to allow maximal gains! Typically Tuesday nights we will work more on the technical side of strength training. The Olympic lifts will be covered more than the traditional lifts like squats and dead lifts only because they do demand a greater amount concentration and practice. With that said we WILL NOT neglect squats, dead lifts, Kettlebells, bench press and any lift I feel will benefit your strength gains. Along with those lifts we will also implement a lot more unilateral movements (Bulgarian split squats, pistols, single leg deadlifts) to help balance out any imbalance we may have. There will be prescriptions, drills and dynamic warm ups to allow us to move properly and perform better.
Friday nights will be called SWOLE PATROL. We will hammer our shoulders, chest, back, traps, biceps and triceps so that all of you look better in your tank tops! Technique work will still occur but this day is designed to get us bigger in a good way and increase strength with smaller muscle groups.
