What is Moxie Endurance?

We are proud to offer the CrossFit Moxie Endurance Team. The first, and only CrossFit Endurance program in the South Bay Area!  Our goal is simple, to get you trained for your endurance event the same way you CrossFit. To train smarter and harder. Please contact us about signing up for this separate program, how to get started, and pricing.

The CrossFit Endurance prescription:
You will swim, bike, run, and/or row at high intensity and in a constantly varied fashion.  You will do 2-3 intervals per week and 1 time trial OR tempo session per week. CrossFit will be your strength and conditioning program, 4-6 times per week.  CrossFit Endurance will be your sport, 2-3 times per week.

Classes meet on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. See the schedule for updated classes.

This cannot be stressed enough. Do not sub the endurance wod for your daily wod.  To hit 4-6 CrossFit WODS plus your endurance WODS 2-4 times per week, you may do two workouts per day. Rest a minimum of 3-5 hours in between your daily workout and your endurance workout.  This will ensure you will “kill” both wods.  Your body will have an opportunity to rest and you will be able to refuel and rehydrate before doing the 2nd wod of the day. CrossFit Endurance training will give you more time in your life, will prepare you for your event, and will reduce over training and injury.

LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!  Like all things, if you are tired, not hitting PR’s, can’t sleep, can’t wake up, etc., you may be training too hard and you need to REST!  Training harder is not going to help you.  You need to REST!  Know your body.
