Moxie Fitness is a 45min class that keeps you moving non stop! You can expect various row and bike intervals with low skill bodyweight movements designed to improve cardio, increase muscle endurance, and torch body fat!! ANYONE can join this class (no Crossfit basic training required) as there will not be any barbell movements. There is no programmed warmup so come prepared. Members can combine this class with CF wods or use it as their only training program. Moxie Fitness runs 3 days a week.
