Basic Training is the best way to get started with CrossFit. It is required for all new members, and available to all current members. This will be your way to progress to our CrossFit Classes.


If you are new to CrossFit, this is where you will start. This class exists for you to progress at an appropriate rate. It meets 3 times per week for two weeks. The first class of each session is free and your chance to come check us out. A new session starts every other Monday. Over the course of the session you will have hit every core movement that we focus on.

This option allows you to get started right away in a community based fitness program that has been proven to be the most effective in the world. In a professionally coached setting, come and get the attention and care you’ve been looking for. We focus on the individual and tailor each workout to you, your age, and your abilities specifically. We use proven techniques, constantly vary your workouts, and push you to new heights, all in a FUN “sport-like” setting. Run, jump, throw, push, pull, all things a human being is meant to do.

Requires no experience or education and every level of ability is welcome.
