This class is intended for those who are looking to pursue a more competitive edge in CrossFit, whether you intend to compete in the near future or not. The new comp class will focus on high level gymnastics skills, met-cons with heavier loads and more challenging movements, workout strategies, nutrition for athletes and the mental aspect of being a competitor. There will be progressions for those at every level, no minimum skill requirement, just the desire to take your game to the next level! So whether your training for an upcoming competition or just want to do better in the open next year.. this class is for you!
