1. Schedule your FREE Introductory Session
To learn more about our program, or to schedule a FREE Introductory session, simply click the button below to register and then you are welcome to attend any class from OUR SCHEDULE for your first visit, for FREE! During your free session you will be taken one-on-one with a coach through our program and methodology. This is the best way to get a feel for what we do around here and how we coach, as well as a safe and simple example of our workouts.
2. Start Learning Your “Elements”
Moxie Group Elements:
Our “Elements” program is a pre-requisite to joining our CrossFit classes. This option includes three 60 minute small-group classes that meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 6:30pm. In each session you will be taught several movements and skills that will allow you to be proficient in any of our workouts. We will also provide feedback, give recommendations for effective progress, and discuss proper nutrition. Need more info? Just email me at chris@crossfitmoxie.com.
One-on-One Elements:
One-on-one coaching can be the most effective way to achieve your fitness goals. This option is ideal for those individuals who cannot commit to the preferred group elements session at 6:30pm, and might need a customized schedule due to life’s natural conflicts. Included with this option is 3 one-on-one 60 minute sessions and your first month of unlimited classes.

Testing Out:
If you’ve been doing CrossFit for a while and feel competent in the movements you may also test out of the fundamentals at anytime and immediately join us for any of our offered classes.
3. Start attending any of our regularly scheduled classes.
Our group coaching membership prices vary depending on a client’s goals and desired outcomes. We are committed to helping clients determine which membership option makes the most sense given their fitness needs and financial circumstances.
