Free Week of CrossFit:
Thinking about giving CrossFit a try? Why not try it for a week...FOR FREE. We have setup a specially designed introductory program that truly gives people an opportunity to experience CrossFit over the course of a week. One session is simply not enough.
How do I get my free week?

When do I have to show up?
Once
your week starts you are welcome to any class at anytime. Your
introductory program will run concurrently with any existing class on
our schedule. Come in and enjoy!
What can I expect?
Expect
to work hard, and get results. The reality of the intense training you
will be doing is that it will most likely leave you very sore. This is
why you must come back soon after your first visit. The free first week
will help you realize that the workouts and the soreness are more than
manageable, and you will be on your way to being fitter and healthier
than ever before.
Do I need to attend the entire week?
Absolutely not. We are merely trying to give you a chance to experience CrossFit. Come twice, come three times, just come whenever it is convenient to you. You do not even need to try us out for the whole week. Once you decide CrossFit Moxie is right for you, you may enroll at anytime.
What do I do after my first week?
You
can decide if CrossFit is right for you or not. Our program speaks for
itself, and when you are ready to enroll we will take you through 3
one-hour private sessions that cover our nine basic movements of
