Back Squat 1-1-1
Shoulder Press 1-1-1
Deadlift 1-1-1
Total your heaviest rep from each exercise for your "CrossFit Total" score. For example, is I max my press at 200#, max my back squat at 300#, and max my deadlift at 400#, my Total score would be 900.

It's official, our team has been entered into the 2010 Affiliate Cup at the Regional competition on May 8-9. We have our sign up list going on our whiteboard and it keeps getting longer. Add your name now, you have nothing to lose.
How many will be on our team?
We will be able to bring 3 guys and 3 girls, and 1 coach. That means we get to travel with 7 members!
How will we pick our team?
Want to try out? Anyone of you here at Moxie is welcome to join our inter-gym competition for the team spots. I haven't decided when, but at some point we will give everyone on the list of those interested a chance to do 3 wods within one weeks time. You may do the wods at anytime during that week, but they must be in front of a coach. We will then score the workouts and announce the 3 highest women and 3 highest men.
Who can go to Regionals?
EVERYONE! Anyone who qualifies from Regionals automatically gets an invite to Regionals. In addition, those who represent our team will get to bring one guest for free. But anyone is welcome to register as a spectator and cheer us on.
