CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
CrossFit WOD (Workout Of the Day): Skill based warm up. Followed by the daily WOD. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete’s level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. Elements: Consists 3 classes over the course of one week. It runs every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 6:30pm. This option is ideal for those of you who are active, new to CrossFit, and looking for a cost effective way to be properly introduced to the methodology. CrossFit Endurance: You will swim, bike, run, and/or row at high intensity and in a constantly varied fashion. You will do 2-3 intervals per week and 1 time trial OR tempo session per week. CrossFit will be your strength and conditioning program, 4-6 times per week. CrossFit Endurance will be your sport, 2-3 times per week. Strength Bias: Moxie Strength is designed, implemented and programmed to assist your Cross Fit lifestyle! These classes are purely here to enhance your overall well being and health, as well as, improve your overall strength and technique with certain lifts to allow maximal gains! THIS IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE for our Cross Fit classes, but rather a tool to make you better! **This is a club and has an additional fee. Please ask for pricing details.
Mobility: Something that every human being needs work on! This class focuses on Active Release Techniques that will allow for better health, better range of motion, and a better understanding of proper joint and muscle care so that you can start taking care of yourself whenever and wherever.
Open Gym: This time is non-coached and designated for “unlimited” and experienced members only. If you are trying to get extra work in, looking for private training, or wanting to make up a missed workout, then this is a good time for you to come in. Understand that this time is floating and does not have a set schedule. Please check the schedule regularly if you’re trying to find Open Gym time.
