WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

Dynamic Warmup: Minute 0 – 25
Coaches’ Choice Group Dynamic Warm Up
Wrist, shoulders & Hips
Banded walks 30’ Lateral & 30’ Forward and Backwards
2 Rounds of the Barbell Warm up
3 Muscle Cleans – Position 1
3 Power Cleans + Squat – Position 2
3 Presses
3 Jerks

Workout: Minute 26 – 50
Complete as many rounds possible in 13 Minutes of:

1 Clean & Jerk 75 / 115
2 Push Press
3 Thrusters
4 Hang Power Cleans
Then
5 Strict Pull-ups

Each round of the Barbell complex must be completed unbroken. If you are unable to complete a round unbroken is a good indication that you need to lighten the load on the barbell. If you reach failure, you are stuck with a 1 minute penalty and must complete 4 burpees before you can attempt you next round.

Cool Down: Minute 51 – 60
