Clean & Jerk test!
Do not skimp out on the Warm up
Warm up with 3-5 reps of light weight power clean (low catch) + Squat + jerk – pause on the catch of the jerk and recover slowly
After warm up, increase in weight: example 1@70%, 1@75-80%, 1@85-90%, 95%+
