Dynamic Warmup & Mobility: 
Ankles – Spend a couple minutes on a roller and hit your Gastroc, Soleus & Peroneals
Coaches’ Choice Group Dynamic Warm Up

Workout: 
3 Rounds for time of:
Row 40 / 50 Calories
150 Double-Unders or Modify with 150 Single-Unders with a Double Under attempt every 10 reps
50 Walking Lunges

Cool Down: Minute 51-60
