Strength class is still happening tonight at 730pm!

* Clean & Jerk 3×1 @65%, 2×1@70 (Total 5 sets of Clean & Jerk) Just like Tuesday’s session, these should feel super smooth and pretty easy. Focus on pausing in each transition from the Clean into the Jerk, and then take your time recovering from the Jerk. While recovering the Jerk, pause for 2-3 seconds before bringing your feet back together.
* Snatch Balance 1-1-1-1 (Increase load no heavier than 75% of your Max Snatch) Focus on recieving the bar just below parralel then ride the squat into the bottom. Wait a few seconds before you stand up with a vertical torso.
* Work some extra Mobility
