And today is the final day to register for Row’d Royalty (you have until 5pm).. here is our post from last week if you missed it.

Do you love to ROW?  Do you love to COMPETE?  Do you just love to get in a great WORKOUT??  Then check out the Row’d Royalty online competition!!    There will be 4 workouts announced over 4 weeks and you can repeat them as many times as you’d like to find your best score.  There are height divisions and age categories to make things more fair.  On top of prizes for the winners, one ROWER will be raffled off each week from anyone who submits a score!

The first workout was just announced and you will have until Monday at 5pm PST.  Ask a coach if you have more questions!
