In case you missed the post last week…

Hey Moxie, I want to share with you a new exciting program we are starting…. 6 Week Transformation Challenges!

These challenges are for women only, meet 3 times a week for 6 weeks and include nutrition.  The first challenges will begin next week!  You can read more about them from our website under the Getting Started tab here.

You may see some new faces around the gym as these women stop by to learn more about the program.  Please introduce yourself and make them feel welcome and at home :)  THANK YOU!
