Please note the following schedule changes starting THIS WEEK with the new barbell wod cycle!  The 3rd day of Strength is moving to Friday nights at 730pm.  So Strength class now meets Tu / Th / F at 730pm.  This means that open gym will move to 10-11am on Sat’s (along with Fitness).  Our Sat. schedule then looks like this:
8am Competition class, 9am Crossfit, 10am Fitness / Open gym

Hopefully more of you will be able to make the additional day of Strength with this new schedule!
