Hey Moxie.. Have you tried Power Supply Meals yet??  They are a meal delivery service that will deliver your fresh meals right here to the gym twice a week!  If you haven’t, make sure you come in tomorrow as Power Supply will be here to do a tasting from 8-11am!

And it’s a new month so time for a new skill… PULL UPS!  We are going to test various forms of Pull ups today and then again at the end of the month to see if we can make some improvements.  Please keep in mind, 1 month isn’t a ton of time.. you may not get your first pull up if you don’t yet have one.. but you should be able to see some sort of progress with consistent work.  So let’s get after it!
