And can you believe the Open season is almost upon us?!?!  To celebrate, or prepare rather, we will be doing past open wods each Friday.  Have fun ! :)

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

A) As part of warm up.. take time to build to a moderate weight Thruster (heavier than you will go in workout).  Do a few pullups in between sets.

LONG ROMWOD: Odysseus

Shoulder circles in saddle
Lizard
Half front split
Supine twist
