Hey Moxie.. just a quick reminder that we will have a 1/2 day this Friday…530am thru the 12pm class.. and we are closed Sat and Sun.  I hope you all will be spending the time with your family and loved ones ;)

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
A) 8min Pullup skill work – Options include:
Negatives 10-20 reps
Kipping PU 2-5 reps x 5-10 sets
CTB pullups 2-5 reps x 5-10 sets


ROMWOD move of the week: Twisted cross 1-2min / side; Band lat stretch or foam roll 2min
