Hey Moxie! As we’ve been discussing, there will be no programmed skill for today (we are working on Handstands and Handstand Pushups all month!). Your options are to make up a workout, do the endurance wod or work on any skill you like with the coach! Skills can include things like pullups, double unders, rope climbs, snatches, etc. Skills are NOT other workouts, strength workouts, etc. And don’t worry… we are keeping the same warmup ;-0
