Hey Moxie! Last Thursday we announced that we would begin choosing a skill per month to work on (see post here). For November that skill is Handstands and Handstand Pushups! That means you can expect to see those movements a lot for the upcoming month.. both in workouts and out. To start today, we are going to do some testing to see where you stand with these movements in order to retest at the end of the month to highlight progress Have fun!
