And today we have a BIRTHDAY WOD for LAURA who is turning the big 28!  Happy Birthday Laura!!!
(due to an injured wrist we had to leave out some of Laura’s actual favorite exercises :)

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

11min AMRAP:
400m run
11 pushups
11 Turkish sit ups, 45/25lbs

rest 1min

6min ladder:
Strict pullups
Pistol

rest 2min

28 reps for time:
Thruster, 95/65lbs
Box Jump, 30/24″
