Happy Labor Day Moxie!  We only have the 9am class today so come on in for the Hero Wod ‘Whitten’.  This can be done individually or as a pair.

Also, don’t forget to sign up for the double under contest on the back board!  I have extended the cut off till Tuesday night…. we will be creating brackets after that.  This contest is for EVERYONE and you should sign up even if you don’t think you will win ;)  The first bracket will be max reps in 2min with only 2 trip ups allowed.  You will be allowed to do singles in between your doubles.. but only the doubles will count and it must be continuous.  We will also randomly pick a wild card so even if you get out the first round you may have another chance!
