Do you tell yourself you’ve ‘earned’ that extra drink or special treat because you completed a hard workout?  That is a dangerous mindset and studies prove it doesn’t really work like that.  Exercise is great and absolutely necessary for our health.. it just isn’t the best way to lose weight.  For that, we need to talk diet ;)-   Check out this great article.
