Don’t worry if you can’t do handstands yet… we will start you there!  The goal is to work towards handstand walking today..whatever that means for you!

 

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Choose ONE Option below:

SKILL WOD - Handstand Walking
1. Mobility
- 6 inchworms + :10 hold
- 2:00 Lacrosse ball to pecs
- 5 x bridge ups

2. Kick Ups
- 3x 4-6 reps

3. Learning to Walk
- 5x 10-20 taps

4. Walk to a Wall

Cash out
Accumulate 1:00/1:30 Lsit hold in as few sets as possible

RECOVERY WOD
5-6x rounds with a light KB:
10 swings
8 cleans
6 thrusters
4 windmills
*All single arm.. right side then left = 1 round

MAKE UP WOD: Make up a workout you missed from earlier in the week, Mon – Wed
