How long have you been a member of CrossFit Moxie? 3 Months
Are you married? Single? Single
What/who led you to try CrossFit? A friend of a friend is a coach and when I met her I was in awe of how strong she was inside and out. CrossFit did that for her and I wanted to see what it could do for me.
What is your least favorite movement in the gym? Ugh…running.
What is your favorite movement? Any type of squat.
If you could have one super power what would it be? Teleportation. Thats a superpower, right?
What do you do for fun (besides workout)? I love to travel, spend time with friends and family, go for hikes, drink wine, and read.

Are you married? Single? Single
What/who led you to try CrossFit? Looking for something to do to keep in shape for rowing over summer breaks and stumbled into a gym back in San Diego, have been doing it ever since!
What is your least favorite movement in the gym? Any shoulder to overhead movement is the bane of my existence.
What is your favorite movement? My best movements at the gym would have to be the century club events, fun times drinking, eating, and hanging with everyone.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

A1) Footwork drill x 10 x 3 sets
A2) Plank shoulder taps x 20 reps x 3 sets

ROMWOD move of the week: Thread the needle, 90s/side and Seated forward fold 2 min
