Our Fitness class getting some farmers walk in during their workout. If you have friends or family who want to start crossfitting but may be intimidated by the atmosphere and/or weighted exercise then our Moxie Fitness Class is for them. It’s primary focus is on body weight movements and endurance type workouts. We have classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 10am and is ran by Katie Lindsey (recently Crossfit Level I certified!).
