I want to let everyone here know that starting today there will be a change being made to the Endurance group’s sessions. What fun is it without a goal? I will be programming specifically for the Turkey Trot for the next 6 weeks. For those of you interested in crushing the race and setting a huge PR, I’d love for you to join us in the morning at 6am on Mondays and Wednesdays. Each day will include drills and technique work, along with tempo work on some days in order to fine tune our running. For those of you interested in other endurance events I will gladly program your additional work with our running days built in. And for those of you simply looking for additional cardio based workouts this is also a great option. If you’re interested send me an email. Also, swimming days are coming soon and often and will be included in your endurance membership

Going forward we will pick the next race as a TEAM and train specifically for it. Looking forward to it! And if you haven’t signed up for the turkey trot yet do so asap. I’m doing the 10k. Who’s in?

Logan will be back with us today after his stint in Rome. This is the coolest spot yet someone has sent a picture in repping a Moxie shirt!
