Workout Of the Day:
Clean 1 Rep Max

4 Rounds For Time:
10 Squat Cleans, 95/65
50 Double Unders
*There will be a 12 minute cap. Scale and modify appropriately.
Post max load and total time.
This Saturday the class will all be doing the challenge wods even if you’re not doing the challenge.

Attention Challenge participants!
Remember that the fitness and photo portion of the challenge will start this Saturday promptly at 9am. You will start with your photo and there will be a heat sign up list on the whiteboard all week so please claim your spot early. You must take your photo before the workouts so give yourself plenty of time to get that done and warm up. Warm up will be on your own.
