For those interested, our good friends at Diablo CrossFit are hosting a really fun event on Nov. 17th. It’s a two person team (one guy, one gal). Check it out here and get your couple together! It’s an RX event, there’s a list movements just in case. And don’t forget about all the other events coming up, including our team of Chuck, Margaret, and Gina competing at Oktoberfit this weekend!.
We recently got in a few new tools for helping you take care of yourself at the gym. Keep in mind these are for AT THE GYM (meaning NOT TO TAKE HOME AND NEVER BRING BACK). We used to have a bunch of lacrosse balls and they have seemed to disappear. Also, note the two pictures. One is good, and one is not. Please put things back as you found it.
