15 Push Ups (hand release)

30 Sit Ups
60 Double Unders
1 Minute rest between rounds

New “Moxie Fitness” class starts next week. You can find a full description of this new class HERE. Please tell your friends and family about this class. If people like it we will be glad to offer more things like this or more available times. Right now the class will be meeting every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:00am.
