We are working very hard on being able to offer not just CrossFit, but a multitude of programs that will help you reach any fitness goal you may have, all using CrossFit as a foundation. We understand that you may have a friend or family member, or maybe a Mom or Grandparent that you know that is a little intimidated by all this CrossFit stuff. They also might not want to have to start with Elements and learning Olympic Lifts right out the gate (or ever for that matter). This is why we are going to be introducing our Moxie Fitness classes 3 times per week at around 9:30am, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Think of it as a bootcamp brought in to the gym with no prior education or experience or ability required. Below is a little more of a description. Tell your friends and family asap. We’re looking to have spaces pre-purchased before classes start some time in November.
