CrossFit is often a catalyst for people to do some pretty cool things that they have never done before. I love hearing stories of everyone here going out on their weekends and crushing some daunting tasks. Check out Erin (2:02) and Jen (2:19) running the Rock and Roll Half Marathon. Not too shabby for their first ever.
