Announcements!

This Wednesday there will be no evening classes. The changes are reflected on our schedule.

Tuesday all day, and Wednesday morning we are encouraging you all to come in and workout with your costumes on. Can’t wait to see you’e got in store!

Saturday, at 10am, we will be having a FREE Nutrition seminar. We will be discussing more advanced topics than normal and will have a Whole 30 program discussion. Those of you doing the challenge this talk should be mandatory. Come with questions!
