Next Wednesday, Holloween, we will not be having any evening classes. Enjoy the trick or treating.

Next Tuesday all day, and Wednesday morning we are encouraging everyone to come workout in their Holloween costume! I can’t wait to post the best ones!

Be on the look out for a few weekend seminars we’re excited to bring you! These seminars and clinics will be ideal for those of you doing the challenge, but open to everyone. The first one will be FREE and will be on proper eating, nutrition planning and the “Paleo” and “Whole 30″ programs. It will be offered Saturday, November 3rd at 10am and can be found under the “Seminars” page of our Online Store (see the right sidebar). Also look for Running, Rowing, and Olympic Lifting Skills clinics.
