Each For Time
4x 400m Run, every 3min
6x 200m Run, every 2min
Post fastest and slowest of each.

Had a blast this past weekend traveling to Pineville, LA to teach swimming to the CrossFit Endurance coaches out there. What a great group of people, got a good doses of Southern Hospitality and some pretty amazing BBQ while I was there.
