Guz, after a mishap to his arm, has proven to truly embody the meaning of CrossFit. Even though he has not had the use of his bicep, he has not missed a single day and has found completely appropriate modifications to every workout we’ve done in the gym. He is an inspiration to those who normally look for an excuse to not go to a gym, or get healthy. He had his surgery yesterday morning to repair his torn bicep tendon and of course he represented Moxie. His surgery went extremely well, recover soon!
