Our shipment of Stronger Faster Healthier comes in today, make sure you pick yours up! Plenty of protein will be here so don’t worry if you haven’t ordered it ahead of time.
For those of you who have been asking, we’re proud to be able to offer Open Gym times from 1-4pm every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please note that open gym times are not coached and you are on your own. Along with Saturdays at 10am and Sundays from 12-2pm, these are great times for making up a missed wod, or coming up with your own.

    If anyone is interested in competing, there is a throwdown coming up in November at Crossfit Merced.
    All the info is here:

    Suzy, Drew and myself competed last year. It is a fun event that is a good start for people looking to start competing. There are rx, masters and team divisions. The more the merrier so register now.
