The Challenge is almost over!!! Just a couple days left. How are you going to finish? We’ve sure had some very dedicated people this year, and some of the results are amazing! It takes a leap sometimes to make a change, and hopefully this will not just be a one time thing, but a lifestyle you can stick to for a very long time.
Have you checked our Events page? We’ve got some fun plans Saturday, including the potluck that night. We will be starting with the body testing at 8am. This is first come first served and will flow through to the workout all morning. If you need a make up time you can come make up the workout on Friday at 5:30am or 5:30pm. And the body testing alternative time is Thursday at 5-6pm.

Speaking of dedication… Most of you know that Katie has been coming in for quite some time working on Muscle Ups. She spent the time doing drill after drill, and failing time after time! But she was determined and it paid off. Last week she got not one, but three right on her first attempt of the day. Work hard and do things right and it pays off….weird. Yes there’s still lots of room for improvement and range of motion, which will come with more hard work. So who will be the next girl with a Muscle Up?
