Remember that if you come in tomorrow morning you’re doing the Challenge workout. Body testing starts at 8am and it’ first come first served. The workout will start right when you’re done and continue until everyone has gone through. Then we xpect to see all your shining faces back here at 7pm for our Potluck. This Sunday there is a great event going on that most of you don’t know about. If you get the chance to head up to Richmond, TJ’s Gym has been hosting an anual Nor-Cal 40′s competition.
