Moxie.. Please be careful with the bumper plates so they last!  We shouldn’t be dropping bars from overhead if they only have a 10 or 15lb plate on them.  Also, do not drag your barbell across the floor to move it.. pick it up and set it down again.  No matter how tired you are…
